MOVE FORWARD!

Group Coaching on Saturday 18th June 2022

Overcome Hurdles and
Move Forward!

GROUP COACHING IS A GREAT OPPORTUNITY TO CONNECT WITH A NETWORK OF WOMEN

Group coaching for ladies is a special day that allows you to reap the benefits from the support and experiences of other women with mental health challenges.

It is a day-event that will have a lasting impact on your life!

Who benefits?

Any female NDIS Participant who wants to improve herself, can benefit!

Your personal challenge may be:

Depression, Anxiety/Social Anxiety, Relationships, Anger/Violence,  Sexual Abuse, Confidence/Assertiveness, Thoughts of Suicide, Communication, Autism, Self-harm, Eating Disorders

What will happen on the day?

You’ll meet other women who are dealing with similar problems.

You will be introduced to experimental learning as a group. That means you’ll go through a number of tasks together, all aimed to make you think about yourself; your motivations, and your behavior.

You will get insight into key aspects of self-power, and learn skills and tactics to help you achieve your goals.

Learn new skills and techniques that will help you to move forward in life!

What about confidentiality?

Everything that happens in the room stays in the room!

Is group coaching suitable for me?

The group, between 6 and 12 ladies, offers a safe place where you can get information that is pro-active, constructive, and practical.

You will learn more about coping with your problems through shared experiences.

Hearing from others, facing similar challenges, can make you feel at ease. You are not alone!

Do I have to share my experiences?

The group coaching experience is designed to help you relax as much as possible while surrounded by like-minded people.

You have the option of being a passive observer or an active participant.

It’s entirely up to you!

The Move Forward Day was very nice. I had a really good time. I was anxious at the start but the Support Worker and the other women made me feel at east. I guess we were all in the same boat. I definetily wll be back.

Tracy K.

Lady with an Eating Disorder

It helped me to think about things I hadn’t thought of before. I also made a new friend. I will join more sessions soon and my friend will probably too.
