Who benefits?

Any NDIS Participant, Support Worker and any person who wants to improve herself/himself, can benefit!

Your personal challenge may be:
Depression, Anxiety/Social Anxiety, Violence, Relationships, Anger,  Sexual Abuse, Confidence, Feeling of hopelessness, Thoughts of Suicide, Communication Problems, Autism, Self-harm, Eating Disorders and Any Person who wants to have a better life!

QUESTIONS YOU MAY HAVE…

What will happen on the day?

You will be introduced to experimental learning as a group. That means you’ll go through a number of tasks together, all aimed to make you think about yourself; your motivations, and your behavior.

You will get insight into key aspects of self-power, and learn skills and tactics to help you set and achieve your goals.

Learn new skills and techniques!

Do I have to share my experiences with others?

This workshop is designed to help you relax as much as possible whilst surrounded by like-minded people.

You are welcome to share some of your experiences, but this is completely up to you!

You will learn if you do or if you don’t!

Is this workshop suitable for me?

The group, between 15 and 20, offers a safe place where you can get information that is pro-active, constructive, and practical.

You will learn practical skills that will help you to improve your overall mental health.

What about confidentiality?

Everything that happens in the room stays in the room!

Workshops take place in Melbourne on a monthly basis and seats are filling fast!
